This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ad Zapper ("Company") for the use of the Ad Zapper ad-blocking extension ("Software").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. Create derivative works based on the Software. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software.
The Software and any associated materials are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company.
By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Software's Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event shall Company be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
